This program provides higher-level Business-Technical skills training and has been designed to meet the following objectives: it serves as a progression course for holders of the SRP-REMMI Certificate in Real Estate Management and Maintenance or equivalent and also provides formalised certifiable training to upskill and enhances employability of the REMM workforce. It facilitates extension of technical/non-technical skills to multi-task in the REMM industry and serves as a bridging course for those seeking to cross over to the industry.
入学条件
Applicants are expected to have 'O' Levels (Credits in English and Mathematics). Applicants holding 'N' Levels/NITEC/NTC/ITE/CITI Certificates with WDA ESS WPLN Level 5 may also be eligible upon passing a written English test administered by RECC. Applicants not meeting the above qualifications may be required to take bridging courses. Those who are approved with higher-level qualifications working in the industry or associated industries may be exempted in the relevant modules.

The Real Estate and Construction Centre (RECC) was established in 1993 to provide an alternative avenue for quality education, research and advice for the real estate and construction industry. It has its headquarters in Singapore and a regional Centre in Malaysia. There are plans underway to establish other regional Centers in Brunei, Indonesia, Hong Kong (SAR) and PRC. RECC is privileged to be networked to major international real estate and construction RandD Centres and work with experts from academia and the industry to provide state-of-the-art technology transfer, research and advice.
