I am enjoying it to the max :)
The most important advice is that one has to study smart, not just hard because in RP, it's all about application of what you learn. There's no textbooks, tutorials, lectures and exams.
All about researching for your answer. Very independent learning. And be prepared to learn from others as well.
For me, I was up for something science-related. The course of my study at the moment was my 4th choice.
They were available but my results were not good enough to obtain one. They would offer $200/module for one semester if one has done very well, like a GPA of >3.55. It is defnitely an incentive for someone who really wants to be in the top for the cohort.
My course covers a wide range of biology-chemistry, nothing too physics-based. The best part is that, one gets to learn about the simple day-to-day drugs, the process of manufacturing drugs, instruments involved in the laboratories and the anatomy of the body.
i absolutely love the library! it has the best books which are user-friendly and a very conducive place to study or sleep or just chill. :) the students here are not bad, some are crazily competitive but that's okay. hmm, there are socieities and clubs but i'm not very heavily involved because it eats up a lot of time. yeah, they do have international students club which i should've joined when i entered the school but i prefered to keep my identity as a foreigner low.
maybe, but like... for my course, jobs available will be more hospital-based and more of like pharmacy technician. but good enough anyway because then we are exposed to the medications that one requires. something that i have learned in my pharmacotherapy module :)
