PBS Marketing & Management Services Pte Ltd (PBS), located at Singapore, was incorporated in January 1993 to provide higher education through distance learning programmes. PBS has tie-ups with 3 of the UK's universities, The University of Leeds (MBA and MA), The University of Manchester and The University of York in managing their distance-learning programmes in Singapore and in the recruitment of overseas students for their home-based courses. From the US, PBS has a link with Pennsylvania State University to offer its online World-campus Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Liberal Arts course.
