Established in 1999, the Raffles Education Corp College was formerly known as Hartford Institute. It is located in Beach Road, Singapore. Raffles College has Institutes in China, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Vietnam and Mongolia and has partnerships with several foreign Universities. Some of the programs offered by the Raffles Education Corp College include advanced diploma in Business, Tourism and Hospitality Management, Bio Medical Sciences and InfoComm Security; specialist diploma in Applied Psychology; and English as a Second Language.
